It’s the last month of school and time for our Students of the Month!

For the month of May, we have Rylie and Davey!

Rylie is someone who is very self-driven: she often sets goals for herself and does her best to accomplish them. She has set goals on how fast to do her sound flashcards and has a goal right now to always remember to Write and Say. When Rylie messes up she is quick to laugh and try again. Rylie is eager to improve and does her best even when it is hard. It is always a pleasure to tutor with Rylie and feel her energetic and positive attitude.

Another student that always does their best is Davey. Davey comes into JoyFully Read!™ with a smile and keeps that smile until it is time to go home. Davey always gives his best effort and doesn’t complain or get discouraged when things get hard. Something that is awesome about Davey is that he comes to JoyFully Read!™ prepared: with the help of his family he has practiced his cards and done any assignments from his Sticky Note.
